Yes your local service providers (mobile / landline) will charge you the applicable charges (local calling charges) to dial our access numbers. You can save by making calls during free nights and weekends as offered by your local service providers and save up to 95% on all your International calls!
Can I sign for the Super Mobile Service account from a prepaid phone?
Yes, you can use Super Mobile Service account to call any of your destination numbers from any phone or other service provider.
Are there any monthly charges?
There are no monthly charges or set up cost or any such hidden cost.
Will my Super Mobile Service account expire?
As long as you recharge your Super Mobile Service account at least once for every 180 days, your account will not expire. However if you do not recharge within 180 days from the date of purchase or when you signed up for your Super Mobile Service account, your account will expire.
Will the rates remain the same at all time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Yes, the rates remain the same no matter when you call.
Why do some countries charge a higher mobile rate?
In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone and this is known as calling party pays. In such cases the mobile service providers charge more to the calling party to connect the call.
Can I get the same rates if I am calling from my home phone?
Yes, we provide you a toll free access number to dial from your home phone. When you use the toll free access number along with your current rate, the available credits on your account will be charged per minute.
How quickly can I use the service after registration?
You can account start using your account immediately after completing your registration successfully.

To view your account details online, login to your account by entering your 10 digit Super Mobile Service registered Phone number as the username and the Password which you used while registering your account.
Can I use my mobile phone to make long distance calls using Super Mobile service? Will I be charged same rates?
Yes, you can use your mobile phone to make calls using the Super Mobile Service account, designed to provide long distance services for mobile users as well. All call charges remains the same as published in our website.
Do I need to take any precautions while using my mobile? If so what?
While making calls using your Super Mobile Service account from your mobile, the system will prompt you to enter destination phone number. Enter the destination number and wait for the call to get connected. Do not press the dial or call button on you mobile since doing so will disconnect the call from our system and may use the mobile service provider’s long distance calling service instead.
Please note that our system doesn't prompt to press any button after the destination number.
How can I easily make calls using my mobile phone?
Store our access number in your mobile phonebook’s memory. Call this number and follow the system prompts to enter the destination number. Press the # key to fasten the dialing process. Make sure you do not press the call or dial button on your mobile else the call will be disconnected from our system and instead use your mobile service provider’s long distance calling service.
What is Limited DAILY India calling plan?
Under this plan you are allowed to make India calling for a limited period of one hour in one day.
What if I miss my India calling for one day?
Maximum India calling allowed under this plan is one hour a day. You loose one hour calling for that day.
Can I make calls to destinations other than India under Limited DAILY India calling plan?
Yes with the additional value you buy.
What if I exceed one hour of India calling?
The plan comes with additional value of £5 to take care of excess India calling and for calls to destinations other than India.
If I cancel Limited India calling plan, will I get refund?
No!! Since this is a special offer, cancellations and refunds are not allowed anytime after activation and usage of the plan.
Is there any activation fee applicable for limited India calling plan?
There is no activation fee applicable.
Are there any hidden charges?
