Simply dial the Global Telelinks dedicated global conferencing access number and initiate a conversation between your parents you and your sister.
From business perspective, Global Telelinks Conference calling options allows you to be in touch with your colleagues, business contacts, boss or experts for advice or discussion on special matters at the same time without costing a fortune.

How it works?
All you need to do is dial our dedicated access number 2133250666 from a pre-registered phone number and dial out the first number on your participant like any other number you have been calling all along.
While in conversation with the first participant just press "*1*" and the system will prompt you to dial the number of the second participant while holding the first participant.
Automatically your second participant joins the conference call in process.
You can add more participants from different countries by pressing every time "*1*". In this way you can initiate a group conference call with any number of participants.
You will be charged on per minute/per person basis with options to drop or disconnect the participants by simply pressing "*6*#" anytime during the call.

 What is a conference call?
Three or more people having a conversation on the phone at the same time from different locations can be termed as a Conference Call.
How will I know about any special access number to initiate a conference call?
We will provide you the special access number and other necessary information when your conference calling feature is being activated.
How do I get the conference calling feature activated?
Simply call our customer support executives and they will provide all the details to activate and start using the feature.
Is there any activation fee associated with the Conference Call feature?
There is a one time activation fee of HKD 10 applicable to activate conference call feature in your account with Global Telelinks.
What is the minimum credit balance I have to maintain with Global Telelinks?
Generally you need to maintain a minimum credit balance of HKD 10. If the credit balance falls below HKD 10, the Conference Call feature will be automatically deactivated by the system. You can again reactivate by recharging the account.
How do I make a Conference Call?
- Dial the dedicated access number (213 325 0666) from your pre- registered phone number.
- After the validation of your credentials is completed by our system, you will be prompted to dial the destination number of your participant just like any calling from your Super Mobile Service account
- Once your call is answered by your participant press *1* and system will prompt you to dial the number of any other participant.
- Press *1* again to add more participant as above
Does it save money for me and how?
Yes it saves lot of money for you. Let us take an example: Say you’re calling India from your prepaid account with Global Telelinks using you mobile phone. During the conversation you realize that your spouse should also be part of the discussion on phone. If you call your spouse using conference feature provided by your mobile operator, you will pay heavy charges while with our Conference Call Service you simply dial *1* and invite your spouse in the conversation by only paying for the additional leg of the call.
Do I need to dial the dedicated access number every time I add a participant?
No you need to dial the dedicated access number only once.
Do I require scheduling a conference call or making reservations?
No you can initiate a conference call anytime you want.
How many people may participate on one call?
We can support as many people or sites as you need connected 2, 20, 200, and more.
Can I drop a participant when he is no longer required in the conference call?
Yes you can by pressing *6* xxx xxx xxxx # (xxx xxx xxxx is the telephone no. of the participant you wish to drop)
Can I call multiple numbers in the same country?
Yes you can.
What do you mean by per person/per minute?
Per minute/per person means you'll be charged for each minute that each of your conference participants is on the call.
For example if you have 3 people in conversation from India, Singapore & UK at applicable rates of HKD 0.04, 0.03 & 0.02 respectively and your call lasts for 10 minutes to each of the mentioned location, you'll be charged at 1 person (India) x 10 minutes x HKD 0.04 + 1 person (Singapore) x 10 minutes x HKD 0.03 + 1 person (UK) x 8 minutes x HKD 0.02 = HKD 0.86 for the conference call.
What if someone calls from a payphone?
If you access our system using a payphone then payphone surcharge is payable wherever applicable.
Can I use my cell phone to make a conference call?
Yes you can use your cell phone. Although access to our system is available from your cell phone, your cell phone provider may/or may not charge you for AIR TIME and other applicable CHARGES. Global Telelinks is not responsible for the particular contract items related to what your cell phone provider is allowed to charge. Please make sure you know what your cell phone service plan states regarding this issue.
Can I use my speed dial short key nos. to call the participants into conference call?
Yes you can use those short key nos. after dialing *1*.
Important: The Conference call out-dial feature is not automatically activated. To activate this feature you need to pay a one time activation fee of HKD 10 and maintain a minimum required credit balance in your account.
