Why CallBack?
Some of our customers facing problem with their local carrier charge while using our access number. To avoid such complications, we are offering a new feature called "Call back". Using this call back feature, calls can be made anywhere across the globe.

How the callback works
The Callback works in two ways.

	By Telephone.
	Through the Website.

What can I do for activating call back service?
You must first Register for using the call back service by phone as well as by web, separately. You mustLogin to your account with your login ID and Password.

How do I register for web call back?
The Registration form contains the following information. You need to fill the form with care. These information are very sensitive and please keep your Password very confidential to avoid misuse.

	Select any one of the registered phone numbers.
	Enter any numeric value (ex: 252362) as call back password. This password is used to trigger web callback.
	Retype the same password again in the 'confirm password' column.
	Select one question in the form and answer the selected question. This helps when you forget the web call back password.
	Submit the form. It will lead you to the call back triggering page.

How do I Trigger a web call back?

You must login to your account to trigger a web callback.

Once you login to your account, click the link 'web callback' in the home page.

In the callback page you must fill-up and submit the following information.

	Call back password: The numerical password (ex: 7374767) entered by you at the time of registering call back.
	Phone Number: The Phone Number in which you wish to get the Call. The format should be 00 + countrycode + Phonenumber (ex: 00+41+123456789)
	Extension Type:The optional local, extension or room number that the system should ask for or dial to reach you.
	Extension :The type of extension the system is dialing so that the call is properly announced.
	Destination Number:The telephone number that the system should dial to reach the other party. If you leave this entry as blank the system will prompt you to enter the destination after it calls you. (ex: 91+044+123456789)
	Desired Language:The language you would like the system to speak with you ..(ex: English)
	Now, click the 'Trigger Callback' button.

Call will come to registered phone number and prompt you to enter the destination number. Then you dial the number you wish to reach and the call will connect you to the destination number.

You can use the callback numbers from Hotel or any PBX extension etc., as shown in the website.

How will the Calls be Charged while using the Call Back Facility ?
	Calls will be charged by 2 legs. The system will call your number and it will be charged as A-leg and when you call the destination number, it is charged as B-leg.
	If You use your landline for callback, A-leg of the call will be charged only 2.5 cents per minute in addition to the B-leg charges.
	If You use your mobile number for callback, then A-leg will be charged as per the rates mentioned in the rate list of our site.
