You can receive calls on your PC if the internet is available and you are logged in Global Real Phone.

You can check your software and hardware status by clicking START on the toolbar at the lower-left of your computer monitor. Click Program, then
Accessories. Under Accessories, click System Tools, and then System Information. System Information contains all the information you need to know
about your PC.
28. I am unable to hear anything when using the service from my PC, what is wrong?
Check that you have a sound card, and either a microphone or headset/microphone combination.
Adjust your microphone volume.
29. How do I uninstall RealipPhone ?
You can uninstall Global Real Phone from your PC. Follow the steps given below;
- Click on the Program Files
- Click on RealipPhone option.
- Click on Uninstall option.
30.How do I optimize my audio?
Close all other audio applications.
Set both microphone volume control and speaker volume control just high enough to have a normal conversation.
Here's how:
1. Go to the lower-left part of your computer and click START.
2. Choose SETTINGS in the pop-up menu.
3. Then choose CONTROL PANEL
4. Double click the "Sound & Multimedia" icon (yellow megaphone).
Under the "Audio" tab, you will see 2 volume controllers: one for the sound playback, and the other is for sound recording. Adjust both to the
