SMS callback works in 3 modes
1. Blank SMS In the above mode if I (with my registered CLI) sends the sms to the number +447717989962, +447786202202 without anything in SMS body, I will get a callback an ask me to enter the destination number I wanted. Then I can enter any destination number. The destination number must be always countrycode followed by rest of the numbers. Then system prompts the mins and connects to destination.

2. Call back only to my CLI number from where I am sending the SMS. In this case I need to send the SMS to above number and in the SMS body I need to send the friend's number whom I want to talk. In this case system connects my number and then connects to my friend.

3. Callback to different number (if mobile calls are costly) other than the CLi where I am sending the SMS In this case I need to send the SMS to the above number and in the SMS body I need to send my number where the callback call should come (like any landline which is cheaper) with a space followed by my friend's number.

In all the above customer must use the countrycode followed by the number both for mynumber(calklback) and my friends (destination) number. No need to use 00 or 011.

| How it is charged for the calls |

Calls will be charged by two ways. Means the system will call his number and it will be charged as A-leg. And the destination number is charged as B-leg. |

A-leg of the call will be charged only 2 cents in Europe for all landlines. So it will charge only 2 cents per minute on top of the B-leg charges. |

If customer uses the mobile number for callback then A-leg will be charged as per rates mentioned in the rate list of our site. |
