Super Mobile

When you sign up, you will be asked to register any 3 local phone numbers with us. These are typically a home, work and a *mobile phone number.

 

Registered Phone :

Speed Dialling and PIN less service are automatically activated when dialling from a registered phone.

· Dial the access numbers for your area using your registered telephone.

· When the system prompts you to enter the desired destination number, dial 011 followed by country code, area code and the destination number (011 + Country code + Area code + Number).

 

 

Unregistered Phone :

If you are on the move and do not have access to your registered phones, you can still take advantage of our low international rates by entering the Account number and PIN number.

· Dial the access numbers for your area using any telephone.

· The system will prompt you to enter the Account Number (Enter your account number) followed by the 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).

· When the system prompts you to enter the desired destination number, dial 011 followed by country code, area code and destination number (e.g. 011 + Country code + Area code + Number).



While travelling overseas :

· You may take advantage of our low rates even while travelling overseas. Just dial the local access number for the country/area you are in to connect to our network and follow the system prompts.

· Access numbers for other countries can be viewed online from our Global website (link to international home page )



*Mobile phone:

· A word of caution from us while making calls from your mobile phone using our Super Mobile service. When our system prompts to enter the phone number you wish to reach, enter the phone number but do not press the call or dial button on your mobile phone. This will disconnect the already connected call and use the mobile provider’s long distance service if you have the service.

· Please note that our system doesn't prompt to press any button after dialling the destination number.



Account Expiry:

· As long as you recharge your account at least once every 120 days, your account will not expire. If you do not recharge your account, it will expire 120 days from the date of purchase or 120 days from last recharge.



Refund /cancellation:

· You may cancel our services at any time. We will refund the unutilized portion of your account balance at the time of cancellation, without any questions asked.
