To make the callback work customers first need to register the callback number by going to their home page for Telephone callback. |

Once registered the number, customer can call the callback using the registered phone number by dialing the callback access numbers mentioned in the website. (Only the registered phone will work for callback. If customer dials using any other unregistered phone number call will disconnect and no callback call will come) |

Once the customer call the callback numbers and if it rings for 1 time then he must disconnect the phone (Local carrier will not charge) Customer must not allow more than 4 rings else the callback will not trigger. Customer after hearing 1 ring he must disconnect. |

Once customer disconnects the call from callback number after listening to the ring (Maximum allowed 4 rings) then he should wait for 10-20 seconds and call will land to his callback phone number registered in the website for telephone callback. |

After call reaches to his number the phone prompts him to enter destination number as normal so any destination number can be dialed like customer dials normally. This may mean dialling with the trunk code, area code and subscriber's number, as follows: 00 + country code + XXX XXXX. |
